Account & Data Deletion — Prove It

This page explains how to delete your Prove It account (Android package com.proveit.app) and what data is removed. Prove It is operated by Prove It Co.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app:

  1. Open Prove It and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the gear / Settings icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and associated data are deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email contact.it.prove@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
